How We Handle Your Data
This describes what happens to a practice’s own data once we are working together. It is separate from the privacy notice, which covers visitors to this site.
Last updated 14 September 2026.
Who Is Responsible for What
Your practice decides what happens to your patients’ data. You are the controller. Where we touch that data at all, we act on your instructions as a processor, and we will sign your own agreement if you have one.
What We Access
Your website, your Google Business Profile, your Google Ads and Search Console accounts, and the enquiries your website generates. We use them to do the work and to report on it.
We do not need, ask for, or want access to your practice management system or any clinical records.
Who Else Is Involved
Google, for ads, analytics and your business profile. Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services, for our own site and email. Anything else, we tell you before it starts.
Keeping It Safe
Access is limited to the person doing the work. Accounts use two-factor authentication. We do not export your data anywhere it does not need to be, and we do not keep copies once they have served their purpose.
When You Leave
Everything stays with you. The pages are on your website, the accounts are in your name, and we simply lose access. We delete anything of yours we still hold within thirty days, unless you ask us to keep it.
If Something Goes Wrong
If data of yours is exposed through something we did, we will tell you within twenty-four hours of finding out, with what we know at the time. Email privacy@denpromote.co.uk.
