Privacy Notice

When You Send Us a Message

The enquiry and contact forms ask for your email address, and optionally your practice website, your name, the package you are interested in and a message. We email it to ourselves and reply. Nothing is stored in a database.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us about our services. Messages stay in the inbox until they are no longer useful, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Stopping the Form Being Abused

When you submit a form we store a one-way digest of your email address for ten minutes, so the same address cannot send dozens of messages in a row. The digest cannot be turned back into your address, and it is deleted automatically.

Analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to see which pages and searches bring people here. It sets a cookie on your device. If you decline, Google receives a record of the visit with no cookie and nothing that identifies you.

We never learn who you are from it, and we do not use it to advertise to you individually. Event data is kept for two months and user data for fourteen.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to serve pages and block attacks. That is a necessary part of putting a website on the internet.

Who Else Sees It

Amazon Web Services delivers our email. Cloudflare hosts the site and routes our inbound mail. Google provides analytics, if you accept it. We do not sell anything to anyone.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us holding it. Email privacy@denpromote.co.uk and we will respond within a month.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
