Dental SEO
Dental SEO for the Treatments Worth Winning.
Implants and aligners are the most valuable work most practices do. They are also the hardest search results in dentistry to win, because every other practice within twenty miles wants them too.
That is the honest reason SEO takes months rather than weeks. It is also the reason it pays: the margin on the cases it brings is unlike anything else you advertise.
SEO starts in Growth at £599 a month. Packages from £299, rolling, no setup fee.

Most of Page One Is Not Organic Results.
Search for “dental implants” and your town, and look at what comes before the first ordinary result. An AI answer. Four ads. Three practices in the map pack. Somebody has scrolled a long way before an organic listing appears at all.
This is why ranking for a treatment is a different job from ranking for your practice name, and why it needs the profile, the pages and the ads working together rather than one of them alone.
AI answer
Names a few practices. Increasingly the only thing read.
Paid results
Up to four. Yours if you bid, immediately.
Map pack
Three practices. Won with your Google profile.
Organic results
Won with pages and authority. Takes months.

One Case Pays for a Lot of Months.
Growth is £599 a month.
Set that against what a single case is worth to you. That is the calculation worth doing before you judge whether SEO is expensive, and it is the reason implant and aligner practices can justify work that a hygiene-only practice cannot.
A single implant case covers several months of it. We can’t promise you the case, and anyone who does is guessing. The arithmetic is still worth doing, because it isn’t true of most things a practice spends money on.
Typical UK private fees.
What the First Year Actually Looks Like.
Typical, not guaranteed. A practice with an old site and no profile moves slower than one with both in decent shape.

Month 1
Fixing and Filing
Technical faults, your Google profile, listings, the pages that already exist. Ads start now if you want enquiries while this runs.
Months 2–3
Treatment Pages
A page per treatment you want, written for the search. Local terms start moving first because there is less competing for them.
Months 4–6
Content and Authority
The supporting articles, the clinician profiles, the reviews. Competitive treatment terms begin to appear.
Months 7–12
Compounding
Rankings hold and widen. This is the part retainers are actually for, and the part most practices cancel a month before it arrives.
Content Clusters Are How Google Understands You.
A single page about implants competes alone. A group of pages that link to each other — the treatment page, the cost page, the recovery page, the finance page, the case studies — tells Google the practice is a serious source on implants rather than a business that mentions them.
That is what a cluster is, and it is why we write supporting articles rather than one page per treatment and nothing else. Each one answers a real question, and each one links back to the page that takes the enquiry.

Dentistry Is Held to a Higher Standard by Google.
Google treats health content as “your money or your life” — pages that could affect somebody’s wellbeing if they are wrong. Those pages are assessed harder than any other kind, on experience, expertise, authority and trust.
In practice that means the site has to make clear who is treating people and what they are qualified to do. A practice with named clinician profiles, GDC numbers, real qualifications and genuine reviews outranks an identical practice that hides behind “our team” — and it is one of the few advantages you can build deliberately.
Clinician profiles
A page each, with GDC number, qualifications, what they actually do and how long they have done it.
Named authors
Treatment pages attributed to the clinician who performs the treatment, not to the practice in general.
Reviews that say something
Reviews naming a treatment carry more weight than a wall of five-star ratings with no words in them.
The boring proof
Address, phone, opening hours and registration identical everywhere they appear.
Written Inside the GDC and ASA Rules.
Dental marketing is advertising regulated in two directions at once. The GDC governs how a registered professional may present themselves, and the ASA governs the claims in the advertising itself. Neither is optional, and both are enforced on complaint — usually from a competitor.
We write to those rules first time. It is faster than writing something persuasive and having it rewritten, and it is why nothing here promises a result or uses a superlative it cannot support.

- Named treatments rather than trade names where the rules require it
- No before-and-after imagery presented as a typical outcome
- Claims kept to what the evidence supports, with prices shown as they are charged
- Prescription-only medicines never advertised to the public, including in a hashtag
You approve everything before it goes live, and the registered clinician stays accountable for what the practice publishes.
AI Answers Need Their Own Strategy.
When somebody asks an assistant which practice does implants near them, they get an answer rather than a list. The practices named in that answer are not always the ones ranking first, because the thing being rewarded is different: clear, direct answers to specific questions, details that agree everywhere they appear, and reviews that describe the treatment.
It overlaps with SEO enough that doing both together is cheaper than doing either alone, and differs enough that treating it as a by-product of SEO gets you left out. We work on it deliberately and report on it separately.

Answer the question outright
A page that states the cost, the timescale and the risk in plain sentences is quotable. One that builds to it is not.
Agree with yourself everywhere
An assistant weighing two conflicting addresses will usually name neither practice.
Be described, not just listed
Reviews and pages that name treatments give an assistant something to say about you.
Most Dental Sites Are Slow on a Phone.
Most people searching for a dentist are on a phone, often on mobile data, often in the evening. A site built on a desktop and never tested on anything else loses them before a word is read, and Google measures that.
Technical work is the least visible part of SEO and the part most agencies skip, because nobody can see it in a report. It is also the part where a practice site is usually worst.
Speed on a real phone
Measured on mobile data, not on a laptop plugged into fibre. Core Web Vitals are a ranking signal and a conversion one.
Images that are not enormous
A practice site commonly ships a 4MB photograph scaled down in the browser. Modern formats and correct sizes fix it in an afternoon.
Schema markup
Structured data telling Google you are a dental practice, where, what you treat, your opening hours and your reviews.
Crawlable and indexable
Pages reachable, canonical addresses correct, nothing important blocked, no duplicate versions competing with each other.

Questions About Dental SEO
- How Long Before I See Anything?
- Local terms usually move inside two to three months. Competitive treatment terms take six to twelve. Ads run alongside so the phone is ringing while the slower work happens, which is why most practices start on both.
- Can You Guarantee a Number One Ranking?
- No, and neither can anyone else. Google does not sell positions and results differ by who is searching and where they are standing. What we can show you is the search data every month, including the months it does not move.
- What If My Website Is Old?
- Most of this works on the site you have. If the site is genuinely the thing holding you back we will say so and quote separately for replacing it, with the reasons, rather than hiding a rebuild in a monthly fee.
- Do You Work With My Competitors?
- Not in the same catchment. Two practices competing for the same patients on our own account would mean taking both fees to make both results worse.
- Is This Different From Google Ads?
- Completely. Ads buy you a position for as long as you pay. SEO earns one that stays when you stop. They work best together, which is why Growth includes both.
