Dental SEO & marketing — independent UK practices
Dental Marketing That Brings You New Patients.
Patients near you are searching right now, and they’re finding the practice down the road. We fix that with dental SEO, Google Ads and treatment pages on your own website. You tell us which treatments you want more of. One fixed price a month, no account manager, and no meetings to sit through.
From £299 a month. Cancel any time. Your ad budget is separate and goes straight to Google.

Whoever comes up first gets the call. It has nothing to do with who is the better dentist.

Dental SEO
Get Found for Treatments, Not Just Your Practice Name.
You already rank for your own name. That isn’t SEO, and it doesn’t bring you anyone new.
The searches worth having are the ones where the patient has not chosen a dentist yet. “Dentist near me”. “How much are veneers”. “Invisalign cost”. Those are the ones we go after.
How dental SEO actually worksWhat that actually means
- Your Google Business Profile, managed rather than claimed and forgotten
- The map pack: the three practices shown above the results, which is where most local searches end
- A page per treatment on your own site, written for the search rather than the brochure
SEO takes two to three months to show results, then keeps building. That’s why we run ads alongside it.
Answer engine optimisation
Get Recommended When Patients Ask AI.
Ask ChatGPT “who does implants near me in Chester” and you get one answer, not ten links. If your practice isn’t in that answer, you’re invisible to everyone who asks that way.
Getting named is a different job from ranking, and it doesn’t happen as a by-product. We work on it deliberately and report on it separately.
On your dashboard
You Get an AI Visibility Report Too.
- Which AI tools mention your practice, and for which questions
- What they say about you, which isn’t always what you would say
- Which practices get named instead of you
What that actually means
- A separate campaign per treatment, so your implant budget never gets spent on whitening clicks
- The account is yours, in your name, and you keep it if you leave
- Your budget goes straight to Google on your own card, never through us and never marked up
- Calls and form enquiries tracked back to the search that produced them
- Wasted search terms cut every week, which is most of what ad management really is
Google Ads
Ads Bring Enquiries While Your SEO Builds.
Ads are the fast part. Enquiries usually start coming in within the first two weeks, while the SEO is still warming up.
We charge a flat fee, never a percentage of your ad spend. Taking a cut of your budget would pay us to spend more of it, and that isn’t an incentive you want us to have.

Whatever treatments need filling
We Market the Treatments You Need Filled.
Implants and aligners pay for themselves fastest, so most practices start there. But it isn’t only about the expensive work. A quiet hygiene book, an empty Tuesday, or no new registrations since spring are the same problem with a different search behind them.
Tell us which treatments need filling this quarter and we point the work at them. Change your mind in three months and we move it.
- New patient exams
- Hygiene
- Emergency appointments
- Implants
- Clear aligners
- Whitening
- Veneers & bonding
- Denture work
Pay for the Work, Not the Meetings.
Agencies sell a dedicated account manager as a premium feature. What you’re buying is someone who sits between you and the person doing the work, and whose salary comes out of your monthly fee.
The monthly review meeting is the same deal. An hour of your time and a slide deck, to justify an invoice you’ve already paid. That’s an hour you could have spent treating patients, which is the only place your practice actually makes money.
We got rid of both. You get the work, a price you can read without booking a meeting, and a dashboard you can check at eleven at night.
Instead of
A discovery call
A free audit of your site, by email.
Instead of
A proposal in a fortnight
The prices are on this page.
Instead of
A monthly review
A dashboard you can check between patients.
Instead of
A twelve-month contract
Rolling monthly. Leave when you like.
What you can check
Google Ads Since 2009. Dental SEO Since 2016.
We are a Google Partner, managing Google Ads since 2009. The badge links to our profile on Google’s directory, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
The search data

A dental practice we work with. 12 June to 10 September 2026.
Real numbers with the dates on them, not a percentage with the starting figure left off.
Why it costs less
You Aren’t Getting a Cut-Down Version.
An agency fee is mostly staff you never asked for. We don’t employ an account manager and we don’t hold monthly reviews, so you aren’t paying for either.
You email the person doing the work and they reply. Nothing gets relayed, and nothing waits for a meeting.
Prices
Three Packages. Here’s What They Cost.
Monthly rolling. No setup fee and no minimum term. Everything we build sits on your own website and in your own accounts.
One practice per catchment. We won’t take on a practice that competes with you for the same patients. We judge that on where your patients actually come from, not on the town in your address. If it’s a close call, we ask you first.

Not Sure Which One Fits?
Ask for the free audit and choose “Not sure yet”. It will say which package we’d put you on, or whether what you need is something more bespoke.
Your ad budget is separate and goes straight to Google. Most practices start at around £400 a month.
We work on the website you already have, so we’ll need logins for it and for your Google accounts. Even on Starter, the conversion tracking has to go on your site.
What’s Not Included
Worth reading before you buy, not after. None of these are hidden fees. They are things we don’t do, so you know where we stop.
Your Ad Budget
Goes straight to Google on your own card. We never mark it up and never take a percentage of it.
Answering Your Phone
We get the enquiry to reception. Turning it into a booking is your job, and it’s the part that decides whether any of this pays for itself.
Clinical or Compliance Sign-Off
We write to the GDC and ASA rules and you approve everything before it goes live. The registered clinician is still accountable for what the practice publishes.
A New Website
We work on the website you already have. If we think a rebuild would genuinely make the difference, we’ll quote for it separately and tell you up front what you’d get out of it.
Same-Week Rankings
Ads can bring enquiries within days. SEO takes months. Anyone promising you rankings next week is selling you ads and calling them SEO.
How it works
Three Steps. None of Them Is a Phone Call.
01
Get a Free Audit of Your Website
Tell us your website and the package you’re considering. We compare your site with your closest competitors and email you what we would change, in what order.
02
Go Ahead, and We Build It
You send logins for your website and Google accounts, because the work happens on your own site. Then listings, your Google profile, treatment pages, ad campaigns. You approve the copy whenever suits you.
03
It Runs, and the Dashboard Shows It
Enquiries go to reception. The numbers go to your dashboard. We adjust things as the data tells us to, and email you when something mattered.
Questions You Probably Have
- So Who Actually Does the Work?
- The person who would otherwise have been briefing the account manager. Removing that layer doesn’t remove the work. It removes the hour a week spent explaining the work to someone whose job is to explain it back to you.
- What If I Need to Talk to Someone?
- Email us and you get an answer the same working day. What you don’t get is a standing meeting you have to move patients for. You can always reach us. You’re just never obliged to.
- How Long Until It Works?
- Ads usually bring enquiries in the first two weeks. Local search takes two to three months, then keeps improving. If you need patients next week, ads are the honest answer. SEO is what stops you asking the same question next year.
- What If It Doesn’t Work?
- You cancel at the end of the month and keep everything. The pages are on your website and the ad account is in your name, so there’s nothing for us to hand back and nothing we can hold onto.
- How Does the Exclusivity Actually Work?
- By catchment, not by town. We won’t take on a practice close enough to compete with you for the same patients. But a city has room for more than one, and two practices at opposite ends of Liverpool aren’t really competitors. If it’s a close call we ask you first, and your answer decides it.

Who you’re dealing with
About DenPromote.
I am Pete Unitt, and I founded DenPromote. I have worked in digital marketing since 2009 and with dental practices since 2016.
The dental part is what saves you time. You won’t have to explain what an implant consultation is worth, why August is quiet, or why last year’s aligner ads brought enquiries that never turned up. I already know what the GDC and ASA will not let you say, so copy doesn’t get written twice.
It also means there’s no discovery phase. Our first conversation is about your practice, not about dentistry in general.
There is no account manager because there is nobody to relay anything through. You email DenPromote and the person doing the work reads it and answers.
Get a Free Audit. No Call Required.
Tell us your website and the package you’re considering. We look at your site and at the practices closest to you competing for the same patients. You get one email back: where we think changes are needed, the plan we would follow, and how that fits the package.
That’s With Us.
Your audit will come from support@denpromote.co.uk. If anything about your site is unclear, we’ll email to ask rather than guess.
