Your ad budget is separate and goes straight to Google. Most practices start at around £400 a month.

We work on the website you already have, so we’ll need logins for it and for your Google accounts. Even on Starter, the conversion tracking has to go on your site.

What Everyone Else Charges

Quotes for dental marketing run from about £300 a month to well over £3,000, which is not much help when you are trying to work out what is reasonable. The spread is real, though, and it comes down to three things.

£300–£800 a month

Usually one thing done properly, or several done thinly. At the lower end you are buying a managed Google Business Profile and some listings work.

£800–£2,500 a month

Where most single-site practices land. SEO and ads together, treatment pages, monthly reporting. This is the band we sit in.

£2,500 and up

Multi-site groups, or a single practice paying for an account manager and a monthly meeting. The extra rarely buys more work.

The Bits That Are Not in the Headline Price

  • Setup fees, commonly £500 to £2,500 before anything starts
  • Ad budget, which is separate everywhere and should be
  • Content charged per page, often £150 to £300
  • Link building sold as a monthly add-on
  • Minimum terms of three to twelve months

We charge none of those. The figure above is the figure.

What the Figure Does and Does Not Cover.

Is There a Setup Fee?
No. Most agencies charge between £500 and £2,500 to start. The first month is the same price as the twelfth.
Is the Ad Budget Included?
No, and it never goes through us. You pay Google directly on your own card, so you can see exactly what was spent. We take no percentage of it — charging a cut of your budget rewards us for spending more of it.
How Long Am I Tied In?
You are not. Cancel at the end of any month and keep the pages, the listings and the ad account — the work is done on your own site and in your own accounts throughout.
Why Is This Cheaper Than the Quotes I Have Had?
An agency fee is mostly people you never asked for: an account manager between you and the work, and a monthly meeting to justify the invoice. Neither is on our payroll, so neither is in your price. You email the person doing the work and that person answers you.
Do You Need Access to My Website?
Yes. Treatment pages and conversion work happen on the site you already have, so we need a login to it and to your Google accounts. If your current agency holds those and will not hand them over, that is worth finding out before you pay us anything.
Can I Change Package Later?
Up or down, from the following month. Starting on Starter is common and sensible: ads tell you within a fortnight which treatment people actually respond to, and that is worth knowing before you spend three months building search rankings around a guess.

One Practice per Catchment.

We will not take on a practice competing with you for the same patients — judged by where your patients come from, not by the town on the sign. Two practices at opposite ends of a city are not competitors just because they share a postcode area. Borderline cases are put to you before we take them.
